Shipping Policy & Information

Eid Creations makes every effort to charge accurate and affordable shipping charges.  

For domestic shipping, we use Fedex ground for domestic shipping. According to the Fedex website domestic ground shipping takes approximately 5 days, but we are not responsible for transit times once Fedex picks up the package. You may always opt for a faster shipping method if needed.

For international shipping, we use Fedex Express which according to the Fedex website takes 2-3 days for Canada,  3-5 business days for Europe and 4-7 days for Africa, Australia and the Middle East.  We are not responsible for transit times once Fedex picks up the package.

Eid Creations reserves the right to use a different shipping method than the one requested by customer as long as it does not affect the transit time.

Eid Creations ships packages Monday – Friday. We do not ship on the weekends (Saturday and Sunday) or on national holidays. 

It takes 3-5 business days to process wholesale orders. 

We require a physical address, either resident or business. We are not liable if given an undeliverable address and items get returned. If items are returned, Eid Creations will refund items less shipping. Customer will be notified and be responsible for reorder.

Processing & Transit Times

Orders are shipped within 3-5  business days of your order. We do our best to keep our items in stock at all times, but sometimes items will be on backorder. In those cases, we will wait to ship all of your items together. You may request multiple shipments for an additional fee.
